You want Teddy Kappas to feed you. When he describes the food at The Greek on Main, his eyes light up. He is animated. He starts talking with his hands. He takes out his phone and brings up pictures, as if he were showing photos of his kids. He doesn’t stop there. He gives you details — the ingredients, the style of cooking. And oh, the taste. Sort of like a parent would give a detailed reporting of little Johnny’s game winning soccer goal. And these culinary children are incredibly beautiful. Really.
